Williams was a staple of Alabama’s top-rated defense. Williams created blocking challenges for opposing offenses, and was often double teamed. Yet he still increased his solo tackles from 11 in 2017 to 45 in 2018. Williams has decided to leave Alabama early after his sophomore season. He attended Wenonah High School before enrolling at Alabama. Williams was also a part of the staunch Crimson Tide defense that won the national championship in 2017.
